Equipment Exchanges

If the equipment you purchased from us does not work properly or is damaged, inform us immediately by calling our Customer Service number 1-866-924-1417 or by email us at support@spoxcy.com, providing us with your account details and the details of the equipment.

However Zanok Technologies in our sole and absolute discretion has the complete right to do a due diligence to understand the actually cause of the problem. All equipments should be exchanged within 30 days from your Service Activation date. Equipments will not be exchanged if the cause of the damage is by your careless handling.

How to Exchange:

  • Please remove any confidential, proprietary or personal information before exchanging your equipment. Zanok Technologies is not responsible for any equipment containing personal information.
  • Return the equipment (device, battery, charger, manual and software) in the manufacturer's original packaging.
  • Equipment must be in like-new condition with no visible damage.

Shipping & Handling

Zanok Technologies takes the compete responsibility to own the cost spent by you for the shipping and handling of the equipment during exchange. This amount should and will be limited to the standard cost, of shipping & handling that equipment from your address to Zanok Technologies through USPS and will not include additional costs for enhanced shipping & handling services like overnight shipping, 2-3 business days shipping, or any other.
